1. Agreement
This End User Licence Agreement applies to AFL Performance and other SportzLabs applications, websites, and related services. By using a SportzLabs application, you agree to this agreement.
2. Licence
SportzLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the application for personal or internal analysis purposes, subject to this agreement.
3. Permitted Use
You may use SportzLabs applications to view sports analytics, compare players, review performance trends, and access linked content. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
4. Accounts
AFL Performance does not currently require an account. If a future SportzLabs app or feature adds accounts, you will be responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
5. Data And Content
SportzLabs applications may include generated statistics, analysis, charts, news links, and other sports information. The content is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or changes.
6. No Betting Or Financial Advice
SportzLabs applications do not provide betting, gambling, financial, or professional advice. Any decisions you make using information from the application are your responsibility.
7. Third-Party Services
The application may rely on or link to third-party services, including analytics providers, data sources, news publishers, app stores, support services, and hosting platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual Property
SportzLabs owns or licences the application, design, software, branding, and original analysis features. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from the application except as permitted by law or with written permission.
9. Availability
SportzLabs may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The application may not always be available, accurate, current, or error-free.
10. Termination
SportzLabs may suspend or terminate access if you breach this agreement, misuse the application, or create operational, legal, or security risk.
11. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. SportzLabs does not guarantee that the application will meet your requirements or that all information will be complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportzLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the application.
13. Apple App Store Terms
If you download a SportzLabs application from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. Your use of the application is also subject to any applicable Apple App Store terms.
