1. Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement applies to Workout Studio, AFL Performance and other SportzLabs applications, websites, and related services. By using a SportzLabs application, you agree to this agreement.

2. Licence

SportzLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the application for personal training or internal analysis purposes, subject to this agreement.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SportzLabs applications to view sports analytics, compare players, review performance trends, and access linked content. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

You may also use Workout Studio to create routines, log strength, cardio and mobility sessions, review your history, connect compatible Bluetooth sensors and optionally share completed workouts to Strava.

4. Accounts

AFL Performance does not currently require an account. Workout Studio uses an account to sign you in and identify your profile. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share your password.

5. Data And Content

SportzLabs applications may include generated statistics, analysis, charts, news links, and other sports information. The content is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or changes.

6. No Betting Or Financial Advice

SportzLabs applications do not provide betting, gambling, financial, or professional advice. Any decisions you make using information from the application are your responsibility.

7. Third-Party Services

The application may rely on or link to third-party services, including analytics providers, data sources, news publishers, app stores, support services, and hosting platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Workout Studio’s optional Strava connection is subject to Strava’s terms and your sharing settings. Automatic sharing can be switched off in Account settings. Heart-rate sharing requires a separate choice, and temperature is not sent to Strava. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using linked services.

8. Intellectual Property

SportzLabs owns or licences the application, design, software, branding, and original analysis features. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from the application except as permitted by law or with written permission.

9. Availability

SportzLabs may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The application may not always be available, accurate, current, or error-free.

10. Termination

SportzLabs may suspend or terminate access if you breach this agreement, misuse the application, or create operational, legal, or security risk.

11. Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. SportzLabs does not guarantee that the application will meet your requirements or that all information will be complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportzLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the application.

Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the extent the law permits.

13. Apple App Store Terms

If you download a SportzLabs application from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. Your use of the application is also subject to any applicable Apple App Store terms.

For an app obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom licence is supplied with that app. These website and service terms supplement that licence only where consistent with it and applicable law. TestFlight use is also subject to Apple’s testing terms.

16. Workout Studio Training And Sensors

Workout Studio is a training log and planning tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions or monitor emergencies. Exercise selection, weights, intensity and progression should suit your circumstances. Seek qualified advice when appropriate and stop exercising if you feel unwell or experience pain.

Bluetooth readings depend on the connected sensor, its placement and your device connection. Readings may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on heart-rate or temperature readings from the app for medical decisions or emergency alerts.

Workout Studio routines and session history currently remain on the browser or installed app where they were created and do not sync between devices. Clearing that storage may permanently remove them. Signing in on another device does not restore local history. Sharing a workout to Strava is separate from backing up your complete Workout Studio data.

You control whether to connect Strava and which optional sharing settings to enable. Activities already posted remain on Strava after disconnection and must be managed there. See the Privacy Policy for the information involved and how to request account or integration-record deletion.

18. Beta Versions

TestFlight and other beta versions are provided for testing. Features may change, access may expire and errors may affect availability or saved data. Please report problems through the support page. Your non-excludable consumer rights continue to apply.
